Donald Guerra

Don Guerra brings over 25 years of experience in development, project management, consulting and master planned community operations. Since joining REVA, he has taken a lead role in expanding the firm’s presence in the Denver market. His focus is site selection, due diligence and entitlements for new residential developments.

His broad real estate experience ranges from leadership roles with a Utah-based ski resort/development company to founding a new botanical gardens cemetery business to the design and development of thousands of acres of commercial, retail and residential land. Serving as Director of Planning and Development for Pulte Homes/Del Webb at Anthem Colorado, a 2,659-acre mixed-use, master-planned community in Broomfield, Colorado, has provided exposure to a national homebuilding platform. His experience with boutique consulting firm Land Asst Strategies, where he remains a principal, has allowed him to build a diverse skill set in handling unique specialty projects over the years.

Guerra began his career working as a civil engineer with V3 Consultants, a national civil engineering consulting firm based Chicago, ultimately becoming a partner and opening the Denver office.  Guerra graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering.

Guerra was raised in Chicago but has happily resided in Golden, CO, with his wife and three children for 18 years. He enjoys running, coaching basketball and spending time in the great outdoors.
