The Oaks of Vernon Hills is a 336-unit luxury, multifamily development. Phase I, consisting of 304 units, was completed in fall 2015, and Phase II, comprised of 32 units, was completed in spring 2016. The development offers residents access to convenient transportation and a dynamic mix of shopping, dining, recreation and entertainment options, as well as top-rated schools. The Oaks has earned the highly regarded LEED Silver certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.

Northgate Crossing is a 300-unit luxury, transit-oriented multifamily development completed in late 2016. The community features nine three-story buildings. As a result of the project’s popularity, 12 three-bedroom townhomes were added in June 2017. Northgate Crossing has a range of amenities, including a clubhouse, state-of-the-art fitness center, swimming pool, theater/gaming room, internet/business center and dog park.

The Residences of Orland Park Crossing is a 231-unit luxury, transit-oriented, multifamily development completed in late 2016. Part of a larger transit-oriented town center district, the development features a unique mix of two-story rowhomes, three-story townhomes and one- and two-bedroom flats in midrise buildings.

Deer Park Crossing is a 236-unit luxury, multifamily development currently in lease-up; the clubhouse and first series of units were move-in ready in October 2017 and the entire project was completed in December 2018. Deer Park Crossing’s mix of direct-access three-bedroom townhomes and one- and two-bedroom flats in three midrise buildings with underground garage parking will provide a unique opportunity for “renters by choice” of all ages.

AVERE on the High Line is a 56-unit rental townhome development in suburban Denver, CO. The site is comprised of three separate parcels totaling approximately 4.11 acres located at 1860-1890 S. Quebec Way. The development features 11 three-story “tuck under” style townhome buildings with direct access two-car garages. There are 44 three-bedroom units with two different floor plans, as well as 12 two-bedroom units.

Avere on Duane is a 48-unit luxury rental development in downtown Glen Ellyn. The 12.68 acre site is located just east of Northridge High School along Grizzly Drive.  The development plan proposes seven three-story walk-up apartment buildings, a clubhouse with various amenities and outdoor pool, and a mix of garage, carport, and surface parking.

• AVERE on South Golden is an approved 353-unit, mixed-use development in Golden, Colorado.  REVA assembled and purchased five contiguous parcels totaling 14.4 acres located just east of the city limits along South Golden Road. REVA is currently finalizing architectural and engineering plan approvals through Jefferson County with plans to break ground in late 2024.
