Located in the heart of Wheeling’s Town Center district at 250 Northgate Parkway, the 20-acre Northgate Crossing development will feature nine three-story apartment buildings on a heavily landscaped, amenity-rich site. The residences will include one-bed/one-bath, one-bed + den/one-bath and two-bed/two-bath plans measuring approximately 696 to 1,212 square feet. Pricing for one-bedroom homes start at $1,350, while two-bedroom homes start at $2,000.
Northgate Crossing is one of many new commercial projects to emerge in Wheeling over the past several years. The suburb has made a strong commitment to increasing the town’s livability to create a healthier, more vibrant community. In addition to the large scale Heritage Park redevelopment, which was completed this spring, some of the town’s ongoing development initiatives include plans for adding hundreds of luxury residences, shopping, restaurants and a boutique brew pub/theater concept to the Town Center.
