Northgate Crossing is a 300-unit luxury, transit-oriented multifamily development in Wheeling, Illinois. The project was completed in late 2016 and sold in April 2018.

Located in northwest Cook County, Northgate Crossing is just north of Dundee Road and near both the I-294 and Milwaukee Avenue office corridors. The community is within walking distance to dining, entertainment, recreation, schools and the Wheeling Metra train station.

Northgate Crossing consists of nine three-story buildings, with 32 units in each building, along with 10 private, attached garages. Designed to appeal to young professionals, empty nesters and corporate transferees, the housing mix includes one-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath residences, each featuring contemporary floor plans and high-quality interior finishes. As a result of Northgate Crossing’s popularity, a second phase of the project, consisting of 12 three-bedroom townhomes, was completed in June 2017.  A luxury clubhouse serves as a gathering place for residents and includes a state-of-the-art fitness center, theater/gaming room, clubroom, demonstration kitchen and internet/business center.  Other amenities include a swimming pool, outdoor grill kitchen, bocce court, fire pit and dog park.
